I am not happy with this card, the 1-888 phone very hard to connect. secondly, I tried to process the amount under the limit, the card has been locked. in order to unlock, it takes so many days, still not solved yet.

A cashier offered me a merchandise rebate. When I got to my car & looked at the receipt, I discovered was signed up to a credit card without my knowledge. I returned to the store within a few minutes, to return the merchandise & cancel the card (that I never authorized). I was hassled and intimidated for 2 hours, as I repeatedly asked to speak to the Store Manager. The store took my receipt and has refused any further documentation. I finally left with nothing more than a hand written note with the first name of the manager, a phone number and a vague statement that I did not owe money . There is still a credit card in my name, with a balance owing. I am told to be patient and Walmart will get back to me to let me know if they have cancelled the charge. Walmart kept the merchandise. I am trying to find out the customer complaint mechanism but realize, it doesn’t exist. They are throwing the cashier under the bus but when I questioned her motivation for fraudulently signing me up for the card, the Manager insisted there was no benefit to the cashier for signing customers to a card ???? I don’t believe it. DO YOU?

Please as customer do not ever use Walmart Rewards Mastercard (WRMC) operated by Duo Bank of Canada as they are incapable of resolving any disputes on your credit card purchases. They will leave you on a spiderwebs tangle as you attempt to resolve your dispute. Please protect your money and stick to the major bank credit cards as you will always be protected in any dispute matter. Please cancel you WRMC! I was threatened, falsely accused of cursing a customer service representative and hung up on in my attempt to resolve my dispute as I result have retained legal counsel for this unwarranted personal attack. Thank you
