How to Get Cheap Flights

Choose Budget Carriers

Instead of flying with major airlines, choose budget carriers. They might offer fewer perks, but you can save a lot. Just watch out for “fees,” as some budget carriers charge for carry-ons, checked bags, and even printing your boarding pass.

Book Early

Airline fares will rise as you get closure to your departure dates, so book in advance. Ideally, you should book your flight two to three months before departure.

Use Incognito

Flight prices increase when you search for it repeatedly in your browser, as airline websites track your cookies and know what you’re looking for. As a result, they’ll manipulate the prices you see and offer pricey tickets because they know you’re on the hunt. The solution? Always use incognito when searching for cheap flights online.

How to Get Cheap Accommodation

Stay in Hostels

Rooms in hostels are dormitory-style, and facilities are shared. Staying in hostels provides value for budget travellers as you can get to share the cost with other people.

Try House Sitting

As a house sitter, you’ll stay at and look after a house while the homeowner is away. You won’t receive any payment but will stay in another property for free. Use house-sitting apps, like Trusted House Sitters and House Carers, to cut costs on accommodation on your next trip.

Book an Airbnb

Airbnb allows travellers to enjoy the comforts of home at a lower price. This is an excellent option if you often travel for more than a week and plan to stay in one place.

Travel Cheap

Travelling to the destinations highlighted in this article is cheap, meaning you don’t have to spend a large amount of money to enjoy. So, what are you waiting for? Start making your itinerary and achieve your travel goals one at a time!

Are these prices really realistic? e.g. for Thialand,Average flight prices: $613, and hotels from: $13 per night. I don’t know about hotels, but return flight tickets were at least a mimimum $2000 in google flights to Thialand from Toronto. Hotel prices in some Carribian countries seems to be so cheap
